The episode begins with Kanka objecting to Nutan’s involvement in the puja rangoli. Parashar defends Nutan and invites local ladies to support her. Many women come forward, upsetting Kanka, who goes away. Parashar encourages everyone to attend the village fair, even Nutan, because it is especially important.
Later, Nutan starts doing rangoli with the women. Rani compliments her work and reminds Nutan of her buddy Ishani. Nutan expresses a desire to meet Ishani again. The women agree that Kanka’s negativity has never influenced their opinion of Nutan, and Nutan, in turn, asks them not to abandon Kanka, feeling she requires assistance.
Meanwhile, Jeet and his gang arrive to Menka’s residence. The family becomes uncomfortable, concerned about the wedding. Ishani dances with the girls, and Jeet becomes angry. Anindya accuses Ishani of disrespecting Jeet earlier and demands an apology. Ishani apologizes, albeit reluctantly. Jeet warns of the consequences. Abhijeet supports Ishani, but others worry about Menka’s marriage.
Moon refuses to accept Arshi as her mother and demands to go to Nutan. Tanuja talks about Moon with Bipasha and Shubhankar, suspecting Jhanak’s participation. They consider a DNA test, but are unclear whether Anirudh would approve.
Parashar consoles Nutan, acknowledging her anguish over Moon. He encourages her to attend the fair and continue their joint struggle for villagers’ rights. Nutan shows an interest in joining the mission. Parashar admits to have feelings for her but does not feel they are reciprocated.
